Cant win for losing

This father wanted nothing more than to be in his child's life as much a possible financially and physically and this is what he gets. Jail time for visiting too much and for paying too much. Never have I heard of such a ridiculous thing especially when one is unaware of changed circumstances. I personally feel the woman that secretly changed their custodial agreements need to be held responsible. This is clearly abuse of the system and now a man and his child have to suffer because he was trying to be a good father.
