Unjust characterization is common place for our degradation, because they see through our strides that we will one day run this national/ Its like they're scared of the stands that we're taking, so they make efforts to eradicate the situation/ by slapping us with police records/ or snatching life from our bodies before we reach levels of matriculation/ then we hear that white America had the legal justification/ oh excuse me, I now see this is a nation that forgot anti segregation & racism laws were passed in 64/ seems like they forgot what Rosa sat on the bus for/ so I know they don't remember what Malcolm & Martin worked for/ it seems they want to negate the past and rewrite it presently as though they are correcting a wrong in history/ but I hope that their news media lets them see that we are not a generation taking this mess lightly/ so until the double standard of justice in the "great" nation is recognized & altered accordingly/ the black community in the streets with our picket signs & chants of #blacklivesMatter & #justiceForMartese is all they will see/
and I believe its required that we be #BlackByPopularDemand cause that's what they want to see. ©
